Need us to fix it?

If your packet looks wrong, send a fix/refund request.

If the address, property facts, comparable evidence, or requested-value math are clearly wrong, contact us within 7 days. We will fix or regenerate the documents first. If we cannot make the packet usable, we will refund the $49.

Refund policy

FightMyAppraisal is a digital evidence packet generated after payment. Our policy is simple:

What qualifies

  • Wrong address, parcel, square footage, or property facts.
  • Comparable evidence that is obviously unrelated to your property.
  • Requested-value math that does not match the evidence in the packet.
  • Files that do not download or are unusable after we try to fix them.

How the process works

  1. Submit the form within 7 days.
  2. Include the property address, checkout email, and what looks wrong.
  3. We review it and either regenerate/fix the packet or refund the $49.

What is not guaranteed

We do not guarantee TCAD reduces your value. The packet is the product. We are not your representative, filing agent, attorney, or property tax consultant.
